Harvested just steps from where they are sold, our produce travels only a few hundred feet—not hundreds of miles—ensuring exceptional freshness and minimizing environmental impact. We devote intensive labor, thoughtful planning, and daily observation to every crop we grow. Through crop rotation, beneficial insect habitat, physical controls, hand management, soil-building practices, and other integrated pest management techniques, we work to minimize pest and disease pressure while fostering a healthy, balanced farm ecosystem.
