~Farm Tour~
Walk the grounds of this sustainable, regenerative, no-till urban farm learning about the history, the trials, tribulations and triumphs of our farming techniques and how we differ from other farms.

Spend 1 hour w/ guide ​
$10 per person - minimum charge of $100 per tour
example: for only 5 people, the charge is $100​​

Walking the grounds of beautiful historic Boggy Creek Farm

Children will be introduced to what plants need to grow, produce fruit, and reproduce

Visit the giant compost piles & learn the secret ingredient!

Discuss pests and plant defenses

Walk the field to see what's growing & look for pollinators

Peek inside & learn about the green house & hoop houses.
​​

Walk through the on-site market to see where our harvest meets the customer

Discuss the importance of eating fresh foods

Visit the hens, learn fun chicken facts, and feed them some farm veggies

Self-Guided Tours of the Grounds​
Free & No Need to Scheduled for Small Groups of Under 10 People
WHEN?
Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday
8 AM to 1 PM
Individuals and families are welcome to:
-
walk around the 5 acre farm
-
see the crops
-
check out the compost area
-
say hello to the chickens
-
walk around the historic farmhouse (1841)
-
shop in the market (early bird gets the worm!)
-
Please do not allow children to chase the chickens or the farm cats.
-
All children must be supervised at ALL times.
-
Entry into the chicken coop, climbing onto tractors, wood and bricks are all PROHIBITED.
-
This is not a 'pick your own' farm; please do not harvest crops or enter the growing fields.
-
Stay on open paths; there is poison ivy in shady, brushy areas.

Take a step back in time; Enjoy the grounds; Shop the farm stand!
